Tsick Tsunami is Reese Miramar’s haunting parody of Hokusai’s iconic painting, “The Great Wave off Kanagawa.” The image brings together a common image of a Tsunami warning sign and combines it with the daring of a surfer willing to ride the tsunami wave. It’s not funny, it’s scary, but that’s exactly what makes it sick.
